Job description
Reporting to the Marketing & Sales Department, you will play an active role in Terralpha's sales development.
Your goal: support sales teams in prospecting, lead generation and customer relationsThis will help to improve the effectiveness of sales tools and actions.
Main tasks
- Work with the sales teams to track incoming leads, update the CRM and feed the sales pipeline
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities (digital prospecting, telephone prospecting, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Help make contact with prospective customers and organise sales meetings
- Prepare materials for customer meetings: sales presentations, use cases, market summaries, etc.
- Produce sales content (presentations, sales aids, newsletters, etc.)
- Participate in responses to calls for tender or in co-construction initiatives with partners
- Monitor sales indicators and help to draw up reports
- Represent Terralpha at professional events (trade fairs, conferences, etc.)
Profile required
- Master 2 student (business school, university or equivalent), specialising in commerce, business development or B2B sales
- Analytical, results-oriented, structured and proactive
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good customer relations and negotiation skills
- At ease with CRM tools, office suites and digital prospecting tools.
- Strong interest in the telecoms, digital or tech sectors

Conditions
- Contract: 12-month vocational training or apprenticeship contract
