Personal data information notice
You are informed that Terralpha processes your email address and the information in your message as part of your contact.
The email address is compulsory. Terralpha will not be able to take your request into account if you object to it being processed.
The processing of personal data takes place under the responsibility of Terralpha's Technical Management in order to ensure efficient management and follow-up of Internet users' requests and to respond to them as effectively as possible, as well as to compile a list of prospective customers. In particular, personal data will be incorporated into commercial software and any person who has contacted Terralpha may be the subject of subsequent solicitations.
The legal basis for processing is consent.
You may withdraw your consent at any time, it being specified that withdrawal of consent has no retroactive effect on the processing already carried out.
Data will only be kept for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes listed above, i.e. for a period of five (5) years maximum.
The data may be communicated to Terralpha's Sales Department, the SNCF and OVHCloud as the site host.
In any event, personal data is not transferred outside the European Union.
In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 and Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, you have the right to ask Terralpha for access to their data, the rectification or deletion thereof, or a restriction on processing, as well as the right to object to processing, and the right to portability, the right to withdraw consent to processing, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, the right to define the conditions of use, retention and communication of their personal data in the event of death.
Any person proving their identity may exercise these rights by sending a request by e-mail to Terralpha's personal data correspondent: Stephan Nammour.
In addition, if you consider that the processing concerning you constitutes a breach of the regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL or the supervisory authority of the State in which you habitually reside, your place of work or the place where the breach is alleged to have occurred.
